Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Armoiria mobile application, website, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Infringe the rights of any other person or entity.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, stalk, or impersonate any other user or third party.
• Upload, post, or share content you do not have the right to share, or that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or its security features.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.

2. User content and license

You retain ownership of all wardrobe items, photos, outfits, posts, and other content you submit to the Service (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have all rights needed to share it.

By submitting User Content, you grant Armoiria a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process that content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service, and to display it to other users according to the visibility settings you choose.

AI features, such as outfit recommendations and image categorization, may process your User Content to generate suggestions for you. You may opt out of these features at any time.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information when creating your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction.
• Use only one account at a time for your personal, non-commercial use.

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to engage in the following activities, which may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account:

• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or collect data from the Service.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code or underlying ideas from the Service.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or commercializing access to the Service.
• Submitting content that contains malware, spyware, or other malicious code.
• Circumventing any security or access controls of the Service.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying software, is owned by Armoiria and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the Armoiria name, trademarks, logos, or other brand assets without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Armoiria and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, wardrobe items, photos, or profits, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

7. Purchases and subscriptions

Paid features are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The price, billing period, trial terms (if any), and included benefits are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them in your store account settings before renewal. Deleting the app or your Armoiria account does not cancel a store subscription. Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled by the store under its rules and applicable law. You may restore eligible purchases through the Service.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account, which removes your data from our active systems subject to the retention described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if reasonably necessary to protect the Service, its users, or others. Account termination does not cancel an active store subscription; cancel it separately in your store account settings.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice in the Service or by email before the changes take effect where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Operator, governing law and contact

Armoiria is operated by Chidananda AV, 176, Bedara Hosahalli, Bullapura Post, Shivamogga Taluk and District, Karnataka 577216, India. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Karnataka, India, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Karnataka, India may hear disputes.
